Air - air heat exchangers
Heat exchangers that allow the transfer of heat between two air streams under the action of a temperature difference.
Several series of exchangers, each with its specific features, ensure short lead times and optimised products.
Series A/B
- Air flow rates up to 80,000 m³/h.
- Efficiency up to 80%
- Low pressure losses; generally less than ΔP 200 Pa.
- Maximum differential pressure up to 2000 Pa (optional 2500 Pa)
- Maximum operating temperature up to 90°C (without silicone). Option up to 200°C.
Series X
- Possibility of bypass, section defrosting etc
- Airflows up to 100,000 m³/h.
- Efficiency up to 80%
- Low pressure losses; generally less than ΔP 200 Pa.
- Maximum differential pressure up to 200 Pa (optional 2500 Pa)
- Maximum operating temperature up to 90°C (without silicone). Option up to 200°C.
Series F
- Air flow rates up to 150,000 m³/h.
- Efficiency up to 80%
- Low pressure losses; generally less than ΔP 200 Pa.
- Maximum differential pressure up to 2000 Pa (optional 2500 Pa)
- Maximum operating temperature up to 90°C (without silicone). Option up to 200°C.
Series E
- Allows for cross currents
- Airflows up to 20,000 m³/h.
- Efficiency up to 80%
- Low pressure losses; generally less than ΔP 200 Pa.
- Maximum differential pressure up to 2000 Pa
- Maximum operating temperature up to 90°C (without silicone). Option up to 200°C.
Series B-blue
- Intended for the data centre
- Adiabatic cooling with recirculation
- Cross current
- Air flow rates up to 70,000 m³/h.
- Efficiency up to 70%
Series V
- PVC sheets
- Corrosion resistant
- Suitable for wet and adiabatic applications
- Maximum differential pressure up to 3000 Pa
- Operating temperature -20/+60°C.
