Spray-chiller Flux-Hi
This spray chiller, specially developed by our partner, is used in over 400 installations worldwide as a CO2/NH3 cascade and liquid cooler.

The advantages are numerous:
- Integrated gas/liquid separator, no additional separation tank is required.
- Less refrigerant filling than in other systems.
- The connections of the tubes to the tube plates are sealed twice and tested with a helium leak test for a high level of safety.
- Unlike plate heat exchangers, repairs are easy with a short downtime.
- Each Flux-Hi ™ is custom-made according to user requests; furthermore, the range is standardised with short delivery times.
A range of configurable tubular heat exchangers, based on an increased exchange surface through fins, allows for short lead times and the need for compact exchangers without compromising the advantages of custom tubular heat exchangers.
Thanks to combinations of materials, these exchangers adapt to various operating conditions. Their compact format allows for easy integration into installations. Each configuration is customised according to the client's specifications. For problematic quality waters, anti-corrosion coatings or titanium tubes can be added. The design complies with the standards of the PED 2014/68/EU and has been validated by recognised certification bodies.
The KS series has been designed as a range of standardised heat exchangers for the cooling of oil, air, gas, and liquids. The heat exchangers in the K series, intended for the cooling of air and gases, also offer customisation options. The compact design and high standardisation make them attractive products.
Oil coolers
We offer a range of configurable standard heat exchangers, specially developed for the cooling of oil in rotating machines or process oil:

Heat recovery

Safety heat exchanger
This double exchange heat exchanger prevents the mixing of process fluids in the event of a leak.
It notably allows for the heating of sanitary water by recovering heat from oil cooling, gas cooling, etc.
