Industrial
refrigeration
Components and compressor units for industrial refrigeration.
NH3 Single Screw compressor units
Many of the compressors released to the market by our services have exceeded 100,000 hours of operation without mechanical maintenance, and the hour meter continues to run.
The compressors operating in "booster" mode can achieve 300,000 hours of operation (35 - 70 years!!) without mechanical maintenance!
Under certain conditions, we offer:
- 5 years warranty on the internal parts of the compressor
- 15 years warranty on the bearings
NH3 piston compressors
The Vilter piston compressors have not followed market trends: they are not machines pushed to their limits at the expense of maintenance costs and the lifespan of the compressor. On the contrary, they are reliable choices for the prudent buyer: more expensive to purchase but requiring little maintenance and offering an unmatched lifespan.
Subcritical CO2 compressor units
The industrial CO2 refrigeration solutions from Vilter are specifically designed for subcritical applications to provide reliability, simplicity, and extended system lifespan. This model meets new sustainability goals thanks to Vilter's proven Single Screw technology.
- 11 models from 217 to 1021 m3/h
- PS 52 bar
- capacity regulation by speed 1800 - 4200 rpm
- capacity regulation by Parallex drawer system
- PLC Vission 20/20
- horizontal oil separator
- oil cooling by external heat exchanger, possibility of heat recovery.
CO2/ NH3 cascades
Low-temperature CO2 combined with ammonia for rejection or for heat recovery forms a devilishly effective and natural pair for modern industrial refrigeration installations.
The cascade heat exchanger between these 2 fluids is one of the key components of the installation: in the event of a failure, the consequences can be detrimental due to the formation of ammonium carbamate.
We can build systems that integrate around the spray chiller, including NH3 compressors, the CO2 tank, and CO2 compressors and/or pumps.
Air and/ or water purgers
Return on investment 1 to 3 years.
Our purgers operate on ammonia. No need to introduce another fluid on site.
The non-condensable gases in a refrigeration system are responsible, among other things, for an increase in the discharge pressure of the compressors and therefore the power absorbed. Removing them automatically and continuously allows for significant savings on the energy bill.
The presence of water in ammonia results in a decrease in evaporation pressure and therefore requires a larger swept volume installed in the machine room.
You can gain in the number of installed compressors, in operating time, and in electricity consumption.
Refrigeration valves
We are expanding our product range with refrigeration fittings. Thanks to our permanent stock in Toulouse, we can deliver with short lead times.
Semi-hermetic NH3 compressors
SRMTec is making history with the introduction of the semi-hermetic screw compressor designed for ammonia.
Equipped with the profile-i and a permanent magnet motor, these compressors make no compromises on energy efficiency.
Without a lining, this technically waterproof solution is perfectly suited for applications in or near residential areas where apprehension about ammonia may prevail.
