Air coils

High-performance finned coils : optimised heat exchange, low pressure drop, and industrial durability. The efficient solution for heating, cooling, or recovering energy with precision.

Our partners are ISO 9001:2015 certified. Thermodynamic calculations are carried out using internally developed programmes, adjusted and validated by measurements taken in their internal measurement laboratory, which complies with ASHRAE standards.

Our partners are AHRI certified, ensuring the performance of water heat exchangers. Each unit is manufactured in accordance with EC directives.

Coils can be constructed according to ASME VIII div.1 (with or without U-stamp), EN13445, or any other design codes, upon request.

Our partners hold brazing and welding qualifications for ASME IX, EN9606, EN15614, EN13585, and EN13134.

The heat exchangers can be designed and manufactured to be earthquake-resistant or for other acceleration conditions.

Standard coils

The tubes and tubular plates are not rigidly connected, in order to allow for free expansion of the tubes during changes in operating conditions.


The resulting annular space leads to a leak between the process air (fins side) and the outside air.


This results in a leak to the outside if the air is under positive pressure, or conversely, an intake of outside air into the process if the process is under negative pressure.

Air-tight coils

The tubes and tubular plates are not rigidly connected, in order to allow for free expansion of the tubes during changes in operating conditions.


The resulting annular space leads to a lack of sealing between the process air (fins side) and the outside air.


In order to prevent a leak to the outside or the intake of outside air into the process, sheets with continuous welding without additions.

Cleanable coils

Equipped with bolted removable headers or tubular collectors and plug-equipped nipples, cleanable heat exchangers allow the inspection and eventual cleaning of each tube. 


These coils are suitable for fluids that can contain polluting elements such as mud, weeds, microorganisms, lime, etc. requiring periodic cleaning.

Safety double-tube coils

Designed to prevent any possible contamination from any leaks in the tubes – as for cooling of electric machines – the double-tube solution guarantees improved safety. Every tube of the exchange bundle is made up of two coaxial tubes that, by mean of helical channels between the two, allow to safely collect and convey any leakage to a chamber where can be detected to activate a warning system.

Bare tube design

Bare tube construction for applications where using fins could cause severe clogging or where high temperature are required.


Wide range of manufacturing materials to withstand operations at high temperature and pressure, and aggressive environments.  

It is possible to adjust the configuration of the tubes and their spacing to measure.

A set of options allows you to customise the battery to your specific needs.

Surface treatment

Certain operating conditions require enhanced protection of the exchange surfaces and the structure of the battery.


A good combination of base materials and their coating can ensure reliability and durability, even in the most aggressive environments.

Condensate tray

The condensate trays can be integrated into the lower frame or even at mid-height.


They are compatible for machine integration or for connection to ducts, including in a waterproof execution.


The position of the drainage is customised. They can accommodate electric defrosting elements.

Droplet eliminators

The droplet separators help prevent carryover in the case of high air velocity.

They can be offered in various materials depending on the operating conditions.

Integrated defrost

It is necessary if frost formation on the fins is possible.


Coils may be equipped with:

  • Integrated defrost coil
  • Electric defrost
  • Hot gas defrost
